Our Returns Policy

Upon receipt, inspect your product immediately and before use. If there are any concerns, contact us promptly via email or phone.

Food and Supplements: Returns are not accepted due to the strict testing we do and because we cannot control what happens to the product once it leaves our premises.

Non-Food and Non-Supplements: You may return non-food and non-supplement products within 14 days of receipt under our returns policy.

Received the Wrong item

We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake but these things do happen although it's not common. We want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must contact us and we will tell you how to return the item but it must be in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.

Damaged or faulty items 

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us so we can deal with it quickly. 

Item not received 

We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 14 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming your order.
