Returning Your Items

We do our best to ensure that every product meets our high standards. To help us ensure that these standards are upheld, please inspect your product upon receipt and before use. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately via our contact form or by phone.

Food and Supplements: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on food and supplements. This is due to the strict testing we adhere to and because we cannot control what happens to the products once these items leave our premises.

Non-Food and Non-Supplements: We accept returns on non-food and non-supplement products as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

Incorrect Items

While this is uncommon, we sincerely apologise if you have received the incorrect items in your order. To help us resolve this as quickly as possible for you, please contact us immediately and we will guide you on how to return the incorrect items for a refund or replacement according to your preference.
