How to Use
For the best results, we recommend consuming one serving of Pre-Workout 30 minutes before exercise by adding one 17.5g scoop to 250-300ml of ice-cold water. Due to the caffeine content, we recommend that users avoid consumption after 8pm and limit consumption to one serving per day.
