From Waltham Forest to the National Stage: Bradley Khan's Rise Towards Boxing Greatness

At just 16 years old, Waltham Forest's own Bradley Khan is proving that hard work, dedication, faith and discipline can take you from local boxing gyms to the national stage.

Fresh from securing his fourth consecutive national boxing title, Bradley is now preparing for the next major milestone in his career: attending the prestigious England Institute of Sport (EIS) assessment camp in Sheffield in June 2026.

The camp is the second of four specialist assessment events designed by England Boxing to identify and develop the country's brightest young talent for the national squad. For Bradley, it represents another significant step towards achieving his lifelong dream of becoming a world champion.

A Champion in the Making

Bradley's boxing journey began at just nine years old when he first stepped through the doors of the historic West Ham Boxing Club.

Today, he continues to develop his skills at Legend Boxing Academy, alongside personal coaching from former professional boxer Eddie Lam.

It didn't take long for his talent to become apparent. Bradley entered his very first West Ham boxing tournament and won, setting the tone for what has become an extraordinary amateur career.

His achievements include:

  • First National Title – Junior Championships (May 2024)
  • Second National Title – NAGBC Championships (November 2024)
  • Third National Title – NAGBC Championships (November 2025)
  • Fourth National Title – Youth Championships (February 2026)

Following his latest national triumph, England Boxing coaches immediately invited Bradley into their elite assessment programme.

Giving Back to the Community

While Bradley's success inside the ring continues to grow, his ambitions extend far beyond collecting medals and championship belts.

Proud of his British and Guyanese heritage, Bradley travelled to Guyana in August 2025, where he met with the country's Head of Sport, completed several media interviews and visited local boxing gyms to inspire the next generation of young athletes.

Now, he hopes to have the same positive impact closer to home.

Having attended Chingford Foundation School, where he recently completed examinations in Maths, English, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, Spanish, and Design & Technology, Bradley is passionate about returning to local schools to encourage young people aged 14–19 to embrace sport.

"I want to be a positive role model right here in my local community. Boxing teaches you discipline, focus and resilience, and I want to show other young people that if you stay focused, work hard and dedicate yourself, you can achieve anything."

Looking further ahead, Bradley's ambitions remain crystal clear.

"My ultimate dream is to turn professional by 18, win more title belts and one day become a world champion."

Backed by One of Boxing's Leading Sports Nutrition Brands

As Bradley's reputation continues to grow, so too does the support behind him.

He is now proudly sponsored by VOW Nutrition, one of the UK's fastest-growing sports nutrition brands, trusted by elite athletes and recognised throughout the professional boxing world.

Speaking about the partnership, Bradley said:

"It was absolutely amazing to be sponsored by a brand as respected as VOW Nutrition. I'd like to say a massive thank you to Simon at VOW Nutrition and Gilchrist Thomas for their incredible support throughout my journey."

He also expressed his appreciation to photographer Joe Mensah, whose work has documented many of the key moments in his career.

"I also want to thank my professional photographer, Joe Mensah, for capturing my journey so perfectly."

Faith at the Centre of Everything

Behind Bradley's relentless work ethic is a deep-rooted faith.

As a born-again Christian and active member of The Potter's House Fellowship Church in Walthamstow, Bradley believes his success is founded on something greater than boxing alone.

"I want to thank God for everything He has done so far, and I will continue to put Him first in all I do."

The Journey Continues

With the England Boxing assessment camp in Sheffield fast approaching, Bradley Khan continues to represent everything great about the next generation of British boxing.

His dedication, humility and determination make him not only one of the country's brightest young talents, but also a role model for young people throughout London and beyond.

This is only the beginning.
